"TWIN-CUT" DIE-CUTTING UNIT: All formats available without magnetic cylinder changing


Innovative die-cutting system with cylinders and magnetic metal sheets allowing processing all formats only by means of two pairs of magnetic cylinders, without the need to buy some more.
The rotation of the die-cutting cylinders occurs at a constant speed during the cutting phase and in acceleration in the quiescent phase on the 2 cylinders alternatively. The unit is provided with automatic register-control system, standard waste removal at controlled tension and central system programming, modifiable on the control board.
The machine provided with the TWIN-CUT die-cutting system can alternatively run in the standard system (a single cylinder) or with the double alternated cylinder (TWIN-CUT system).
The introduction of the new TWIN-CUT unit contributes in speeding up and simplifying the in-line production of labels and flexible carton; to make a new format it will not be necessary to spend money to buy new magnetic cylinders nor waste time waiting for delivery, but only 2 plates – programmed and synchronized on the control board according to the format to be made – will be assembled in the machine.

INTERCHANGEABLE PRINTING UNITS

Varyflex is a printing press that allows a combination of different printing processes, in-line insertion of different printing units, interchangeable among one another, in any position thanks to servomotors that characterize the drives of all the printing units and to the simple extraction and insertion of the units into the line by using a universal trolley.



FLEXO
ENVECO MACHINERY SA Completely servo-driven flexographic unit, with a new sleeves job-change technology, gearless and with controlled printing pressures on varying the thickness of the materials to be printed. Removable inking cassette and interchangeable with the other units. All the phasing devices are motorized and controlled by an integrated electronic system.

C.A.S.T. SILK-SCREEN
ENVECO MACHINERY SA Provided with independent motors, it allows making all intermediate printing lengths at infinitesimally changeable pitch thanks to the use of the gearless technology. Its installation into the machine does not require any mechanical intervention and it is easily connectible through a simple plug.

A.R.P. ROTOGRAVURE

ENVECO MACHINERY SA The unit uses solvent-based metallic inks or special lamination glues and is necessary to transport these inks in large quantities and obtain high deposit thickness with lamination effects that are not possible on flexo print. The conceived unit can be easily inserted into the printing machine in the required printing sequence as a function of the different jobs to be carried out.

HOLO-KING FOIL
ENVECO MACHINERY SA This unit is required for in-line production of hologram labels and flexible packaging starting from a normal material roll and coupling the hologram material using the foil-saver technology with the possibility to deposit up to 6 hologram tracks having an independent pitch among one another. The same unit is also suitable for the foil-saving function, metallic-film depositing per hot-foil unit, without wasting the expensive material.
